BEIJING, Sep 22 (Reuters) – China said the US Inflation Reduction Act is suspected of violating WTO rules and will take action if necessary to protect its legal rights, Commerce Ministry spokesman Shu Jueting said on Thursday.
Shu added that China will monitor the implementation of the law and evaluate its implementation.
