Commenting on the findings, says Richie Mehta, CEO of the School of Marketing. digital magazine: “It is clear where the interest in the labor market in the private sector is now, and this is in supermarkets. Also, some supermarkets are much more popular in terms of job search than others.”
Mehta adds that the reputation of the company she is affiliated with is critical, noting: “Because big brands are the focus of many people when they start their job search, small businesses need to work harder to find and attract qualified employees. One extremely effective way to do this is to take advantage of initiatives such as the Levy Apprenticeship scheme to attract new employees or train existing digital and data-driven programs, with the vast majority of training costs covered by the collection.”
