CARLSBAD, CA, USA, September 14, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — Eclectic Aspirations is pleased to announce the start of post-production of its upcoming UNBELIZEABLUE documentary. After three trips and 40 days of filming in Belize, our creative team is now focused on turning the footage into a world-class documentary that chronicles the pioneering work in marine conservation led by women of diverse backgrounds in Belize.

“Growing up on my family’s ranch, I appreciate the delicate connection between nature and its sustainable use, so it was interesting to explore this balance from a maritime perspective,” said Luke Schifelbein, an award-winning screenwriter who worked on the scripts for UNBELIZEABLUE. feature film and its many trailers. “Belize is home to the second longest barrier reef in the world, accounting for approximately 70% of the country’s GDP. Balance will be critical to the country’s survival in the coming decades, and I am inspired by how Belize’s conservation leaders have creatively approached this challenge.”

“I am thrilled to be working with Luke again on another amazing film. Our previous creative collaboration resulted in the feature documentary VIET NAM: FAST FORWARD, whose storyline inspired audiences around the world and won numerous awards at film festivals,” said director Eladio Arvelo. “I look forward to using our track record to present a cinematic experience that sheds light on Belize’s bold marine conservation efforts,” he added.

first production trailer for UNBELIZEABLUE was released in early July in San Pedro, Ambergris Cay,” said producer Phil Karp, who came up with the original theme for the documentary. “We are delighted with the extremely positive feedback we have received so far, including the tremendous support from relevant government agencies in Belize and the local marine conservation community. We are currently working on an extended production trailer to be shown at private events with our conservation partners as we seek financial support to complete the film.”

“As independent filmmakers, we need the support of agreed partners to bring our hopeful message of conservation to a wider audience,” explained Eladio Arvelo, who is also the film’s producer. “To learn more about how you can join us, visit the film’s official website at www.unbelizeablue.org
